Terms and conditions for purchasing via this website are governed by the present General Terms and Conditions which are accepted by the Customer and form an integral and substantial part of every proposal and purchase order.
1 - DESCRIPTION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS
The service includes access to the selections, the choice of Products, the sending of e-mails and the delivery of Products to the indicated recipients.
2 - HOW TO ACCESS THE PRODUCT SALE SERVICE
Access to the service will be possible through the address https://www.luciorossidesign.com/shop, the user can choose or not to log-in using a user name and password provided, accept the service supply contract and the General Conditions indicated below, as well as give the consent for the processing of personal data.
3 - ORDER
Each purchase order received by LRD will clearly indicate the Product code (SKU), its description, quantity, and finally the address and name for the recipient. Each order will be considered a Customer's order and, therefore, will be binding on LRD, only if the latter does not communicate that it does not accept this order. It is understood that the execution of the order is subject to the actual availability of the Products. If any stock problem arises, LRD, will communicate with the customer about the order status and in the event of any stock problem, LRD will propose an alternative equivalent product or full refunding of the payment.
4 - FEATURES, PRODUCT PRICES AND WARRANTY
The Products present in the virtual catalog (the "Products") can be purchased while stocks lasts in compliance with these General Conditions described below; these General Conditions, when accepted, form an integral part of the purchase contract. All products are displayed with the availability and shipping time, special products with special characteristics may be subject of a longer waiting period, if that may be the case it will be properly shown on the product page.
The Products are depicted and made visible on the Site in a manner corresponding to their characteristics; in any case LRD is not able to guarantee the exact correspondence to reality in relation to the images and colors as they appear on the Client's screen. Small differences may be possible since the hand made nature of the Product and the nature of the different batches, but it is assured that those differences will be minimal if they exist.
In the event that the Customer finds defects in the item(s) purchased, must report eventual defects or any non-compliance as soon as possible, and in any case within the terms of the law (articles from 1519 bis and following of the Italian civil code) via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Otherwise, the Products must be considered accepted at the time of delivery.
In the letter, the Customer must indicate whether he prefers to obtain a refund of the purchase price or to replace the goods, no later that 14 working days after the reception of the goods.
In both cases, once the letter has been sent, the Customer will receive a communication from LRD with instructions for returning the items (he/she will have to wait for this communication before returning the goods).
LRD after checking into the claimed defectiveness or non-compliance of the items, will proceed to refund the customer for the price paid or deliver the replacement at its own expenses, as requested by the Customer.
By way of example and not limited to, the guarantee of LRD is not applicable (and therefore is no longer valid) in the following events:
- Products showing defects deriving from accidents or negligence;
- Products showing defects deriving from normal wear, oxidation or atmospheric agents;
- Defects that the consumer knew or could not ignore through ordinary diligence at the time of delivery of the Product;
- Disassembled, modified and / or self repaired or repaired by no authorized agent products.
- Defective Products due to misuse or abuse of the Product.
- Products that have been sent after the expiration of the warranty or the legal lapse for product return.
Prices for products published on the web site are indicated in Euros and are not including any VAT or shipping costs. Tax (if applicable) and shipping costs will be added at checkout. Unless otherwise indicated, each price is also understood to be net of customs taxes and any other sales tax that the Customer undertakes to pay as in addition to the price according to the law of the country in which he requests that the Products be delivered.
LRD reserves the right to modify the prices and any discounts published, canceling and replacing previous ones. It is understood that once the order has been placed, prices can no longer be changed. The order cannot be changed / canceled after payment. If the customer wishes to cancel an order immediately after the payment, must contact LRD at the following email: email@example.com .
5 - DELIVERY
Goods, if available at the time of the order at the warehouses of LRD, will be shipped from Monday to Friday during business hours by a specialized carrier in the appropriate package to be delivered to the recipient's address indicated by the Customer or to any other address indicated by the recipient. Shipping costs for delivery in Italy and in the EU countries, according to the method described above, are charged to the Customer, and will be applied according to what is indicated in the “cart”. The delivery terms indicated refer to the products as available at our warehouses and must be understood as non-binding for LRD, which may subsequently confirm or modify them, according to actual needs. However, it is understood that LRD will issue the invoice on the shipping date.
6 - PAYMENT AND INVOICE ISSUE
The payment of the price for the Products ordered must be made in the manner indicated in the shopping cart:
- Credit card (indicating the name of the person in charge of receiving the purchased Products).
- Bank transfer.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within eight (8) days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.
In this case, he must return the products, with transport costs at his own expense to LRD, delivering them to the courier for shipment within fifteen (15) days from the reception of the product(s).
The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described in the previous points - is understood to be properly exerted if the following conditions are also fully met:
- The communication must have taken place within 8 days of receipt of the products;
- Products must not have been inked, used or damaged;
- The identification tag must still be stuck on the products;
- Products must be returned untouched and unused in their original packaging;
- Returned products must be sent to LRD in a single shipment;
- Returned products must be delivered to the courier within fifteen (15) days from the date on which the products were received.
8- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to this contract, including those relating to its interpretation, execution and eventual resolution, the Court of Parma, Italy will be the exclusive competent jurisdiction.
This is valid only for individuals.
INFORMATION RELATIVE TO THE ARTICLE 13 OF D. LGS. 196/2003
In accordance to the article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 "Code regarding the protection of personal data"
LRD Informs you that:
The provision of goods requires the use of your personal data (full name, address, tax ID (if apply) for the invoicing, telephone, e-mail address) for purposes strictly related to the requested service. In the absence of such data it will not be possible to proceed with the supply.
The processing of personal data will take place with and without the aid of electronic or automated means directly from the owner's organization, as well as from the Service Company, as Data Processors.
The data, if this is instrumental to the pursuit of the purposes indicated in point A. , may be communicated to LRD. as Data Processor.
The data, as part of the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, may be processed by the employees and / or collaborator of the Data Controller in their capacity as persons in charge and / or data processors.
In relation to the processing of personal data carried out by LRD, The customer has the right to exercise the rights referred to in Article 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/03.
LRD do not hold, store or has any access to any card number or payment information. Payment processes are carried out by third parties as Stripe, Paypal or Skrill.
Although many times it is clear for customers that a Paypal claim might be the way for solving any discrepancy, sometimes it may happen that Paypal will support the merchant and not the end customer, therefore, we strongly advice our customers, that before entering into a claim with paypal it will be always easier, faster and cheaper to find a solution to whatever problem that may arise. It is understood at LRD that such claims should be made when no understanding is met, but it is always LRDs goal to give great customer care and avoid any dispute. Prior the start of any paypal claim, we understand that a solution can be found to satisfy the customer and avoid our stuff to use valuable time in claims that can be solved in constructive manner.

Delivery rates are as follows:
Transport is included (world free shipping) according to the different shipping zones,
Italy (domestic): Free shipping is offered for orders over 65 euros. Below 65€ a flat fee of 6€ will apply.
Countries belonging to the European Union: Free shipping is offered for orders over 85 euros. Below 85€ a flat fee of 12€ will apply.
United Kingdom: Free shipping is offered for orders over 85 euros. Below 85€ a flat fee of 10€ will apply.
Europe, following countries: Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Free shipping is offered for orders over 85 euros. Below 85€ a flat fee of 15€ will apply.
China, Japan, Korea and Singapore: Free shipping is offered for orders of at least € 165.00, before that, a flat rate of 25€ will apply.
Rest of the world: Free shipping is offered for orders of at least € 165.00, before that, a flat rate of 30€ will apply.
